Commercialization as Core – We believe that patients benefit from breakthrough science ONLY when it is transformed into commercial treatments.
Diversity and Inclusion as Norm – We embrace the diversity and uniqueness of the people we work with as a positive differentiator. We seek to build a team that is diverse in background, gender, culture, ethnicity, and in the way they think.
Ubuntu – This is a South African term sometimes translated to “compassion and humanity.” In other words, we aim to be and to attract “good people.”

What We Are Not About
Group Think – We do not follow the crowd just because “everyone is doing it”. We chart our own path, guided by our mission and the data.
Consensus Decision-Making – While we welcome positive contributions from all, we believe a single person is accountable for decision-making on any given project.
Reruns – We have no interest in adopting an approach just because it is ‘how we did it at our previous companies’. Rather, we will take the lessons from our prior experiences to build something new and fit for purpose.
